Because this tool is totally reliant on user input, there is a clause which says that we may invoice for additional labour if the information supplied by yourself is incorrect, however, we are quite lenient on this. By signing up for a service contract then you are agreeing to this clause and accepting that, if the supplied information is incorrect then Porter Fire Ltd will invoice for additional time spent on site.
